Terlikar has always paired his barbecue with a whisky menu but has taken things a step further by opening Loretta, a bar alongside the restaurant in Fitzroy North. Specialising in seasonal cocktails, whiskey and craft beer, it recently won ‘Best New Bar’ at the Timeout Awards in January 2017.
Loretta’s boasts 10 rotating beer taps pouring craft brews from all over Australian and the US. So whether it is a cleansing lager, bold & hoppy IPA or robust brown ale that you are after, we’ve got you covered. Loretta’s offers up a seasonal menu of signature cocktails which focus on utilising local Australian ingredients and spirits.
These include refreshing highballs with housemade sodas, picklebacks to put the hair on your chest and Prohibition era classic cocktails. Pull up a stool at the bar, settle in for the night, and let Loretta's team of knowledgable bartenders whip you up a tasty libation.
Not to forget the Whiskey! With close to a 100 bottles of rare & unique Malts, Bourbons & Rye’s stacked up to the the ceiling in wooden crates, Loretta’s is sure have something for you.
