Bluebonnet's bar is open until 1am religiously. With special bar food served till late, we’re taking what we started with sweet Lady Loretta and settling in for the long haul.
Behind our big beautiful wooden door you’ll find 16 seats around a reclaimed sleeper bar, floor space for any special soiree, and a pool room fit for a Kerrigan.
Alright, let’s talk important stuff. Ripe for the picking is a range of interesting yet simple signature cocktails, stalwarts stirred to perfection and seasonal classics rotating on a fortnightly basis.
You’re looking at 10 taps and an expansive tinnie selection with rotating seasonal beers, and some old favorites, from some of the best breweries across Australia and New Zealand.
Not to mention the whisk(e)y! With close to a 100 bottles of rare & unique malts, bourbons & ryes stacked up high to the ceiling, we're sure to have something for you.
Savor them neat or in an Old Fashioned over crystal-clear hand-cut ice, then try one of our signature Boilermakers; a pairing of whiskey and beer to compliment each other.
Bluebonnet's full menu is available in the bar, so if you are lucky enough to snag a spot don't fear, you can settle in for the night.
There are even some dishes exclusive to the bar like the famed brisket bun with house made pickles - just ask! There's outdoor seating (and umbrellas!) too.
